Thank you for shopping with Fun Scoop! Every parcel is hand-scooped, wrapped with care, and sent straight from Scotland. Please review this policy before placing your order.

 

Processing Times
Orders are usually processed within three to five business days (Monday to Friday). During busy periods such as restocks, launches, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer. If you’ve added a Social Media Packing Video, please note that these orders are filmed and edited before dispatch to make sure your unboxing looks amazing, which may take a little longer than standard orders.

 

UK Shipping
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only, including Northern Ireland. Standard tracked delivery costs £3.55, and shipping is free for orders over £30. All parcels are sent via Royal Mail or another trusted UK courier. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes between two and five business days. You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking link as soon as your parcel is on its way—please check your junk or spam folder just in case it slips in there.

 

Address and Delivery Issues
Please double-check your name, address, and postcode before confirming checkout. Fun Scoop is not responsible for missed or returned parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we can resend it once additional postage has been paid.

 

Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window, please check your tracking link for updates. Royal Mail considers a UK parcel lost after ten business days beyond the expected delivery date. Once a parcel is confirmed lost, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund for your order.

 

Split Shipments
Large or multi-scoop orders may be shipped in more than one parcel depending on size and weight limits. If this applies, you’ll receive separate tracking details for each shipment.

 

Important Information
We currently do not ship internationally or to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses. All delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays, strikes, or other factors beyond our control. Fun Scoop is not liable for courier delays once a parcel has been handed over to the delivery service.
