Refunds and returns Policy
Thank you for choosing Fun Scoop! We do our best to deliver a fun unboxing experience and high-quality items in every order. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at funscoop2025@gmail.com with your order number. After 24 hours, orders are queued for packing and shipping and can no longer be cancelled.
Returns and Exchanges
Because our products are mystery-style and assembled to order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges after an order has been opened or used. However, under UK consumer law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases. If you change your mind, you may return your order unopened and in its original condition within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, please email funscoop2025@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility, and refunds are processed once the item has been received and checked.
Damaged or Defective Items
If something arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll make it right. Please take clear photos or a video of the item and outer packaging at the time of opening, and contact us within three days of receiving your parcel. Email funscoop2025@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and your photos or video. We’ll review the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund for the affected item. Store credit may be offered if an exact replacement isn’t available. Please note that normal variations in colour, style, or item mix in a mystery scoop are not considered defects.
Address and Delivery Issues
Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout, as Fun Scoop is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we can reship it once additional postage has been paid.
Refund Method and Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your payment provider, but refunds are typically completed within five to ten business days after approval. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or an error occurred on our part.
Social Media Packing Video
If you purchase a Social Media Packing Video, please note that this service involves filming and editing before dispatch. Once filming or editing has begun, the video fee is non-refundable. If for any reason we are unable to complete your video, we will refund the add-on cost in full.
International Orders
Fun Scoop currently ships within the United Kingdom only.

We aim to respond to all support emails within 48 hours on business days.
